Cancellations
Custom fit, special order
and/or Sunbrella made products cannot be cancelled or changed
after 24 hours of ordering. In the event that a change or cancellation is
requested after the 24 hour deadline, we will make every effort to work
with you, however restocking fees may apply. Non-custom
orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled or changed.
Products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject
to our normal return policy.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to have the best cover or top possible.
If
you have questions about your make, model, year, add-ons, materials, etc..
please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will help you determine
which cover is right for you (and avoid an unnecessary return for you, too).
If
you are not sure what material you would like please contact us. We will
happily send you a free sample of the material you are interested in.
Within 30 days of
delivery of your order, you may return any NON-CUSTOM cover or accessory in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories
for an exchange or refund. Original condition means in clean, unused and
resellable condition. Please ensure the vehicle, boat, pwc etc.. is in
clean/washed condition (including any tires etc..) before installation of a new
cover. We cannot accept covers back that are dirty.
Please
inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any
noticeable damage, defects or misfit.
Within
30 days, if any return/exchange is the result of our error, we will gladly cover
full ground return shipping costs (via shipping reimbursement, or prepaid label)
not to exceed the original shipping cost. All other returns and/or
warranties must be shipped pre-paid by you; we do not accept CODs.
Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable.
If
the return is due to something other than our error and/or manufacturer error
a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for
all shipping costs.
If
an exchange for any non-custom product is requested and there is a price
difference in your exchange, you may use a credit card, check or money
order to pay the difference in costs. Exchanges will be shipped after the
product is returned and inspected. If you need your replacement more quickly, we
suggest that you consider placing a new order (please contact us if you have
questions about turnaround time).
Please
allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid
by check or money order will be refunded by check.
***Due to the custom
nature of the following products, the following cover types cannot be
returned or exchanged:
If
a custom cover, special order and/or any product made with the Sunbrella
fabric does not fit properly as a result of a manufacturer error, we will
gladly accept a return and make adjustments at no charge. We want you
to be happy with your Boatcover.info experience and will work with you to make it so.
Return Instructions:
1. Please complete our Warranty/Return form.
2. We will call or e-mail you usually within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and shipping
instructions. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and will not be reimbursed.
Most of our customers are either repeat Boatcover.info customers or have been referred to us from previous
Boatcover.info customers. Our most important goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase such that you share your experience with others. We will do everything within our power to make you happy. If you have any concerns before, during, or after your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Warranty/Repairs:
Each individual product comes with a standard warranty to protect the consumer and ensure a quality product.
Boatcover.info extends the Manufacturer's Warranty to the original purchaser for the original merchandise only. Manufacturers' policies and procedures may vary; shipping in both directions is not covered.

What
does the warranty cover?
The
materials and construction/workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at
the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather
soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly
secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.
If
you see a manufacturer defect in your product within the first 30 days of
arrival, you will need to ship the product back to our factory. Once
the manufacturer defect is confirmed by us, Boatcover.info will request a copy of
your shipping receipt and reimburse all Ground shipping costs to
you.
If
you see a manufacturer defect in your product after the first 30 days of
arrival and it’s still within the warranty period, you will be responsible for
all costs associated with shipping the product back to the factory.
If a manufacturer defect is confirmed by us, the repaired/replaced product will
be shipped back to you at no cost.
The
warranty is dated from the original date of purchase. Warranties do not
renew with any product replaced under warranty. Some warranties are
pro-rated so be sure to review the warranty details of your product on-line or
call us for clarification.
Backorders:
Shipping times vary depending on the product. We may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model or item due to high-demand. We will happily backorder normal orders at your request. You will be advised within 24 hours of your order if the requested item is on backorder.
Credit Card Security:
Every credit card purchase you make at Boatcover.info is backed by our credit card guarantee. We guarantee that every credit card purchase you make at
Boatcover.info will be 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result from shopping at
Boatcover.info. If you feel more comfortable, you can submit your order online and call us with your credit card information by choosing the "phone" or "mail check" option when ordering.
